We've been coming to Great Lakes Dental Care since we moved to the area after college, based on recommendations from friends. Now we have four children and live all the way across town in Ada. Since we could not find a better dental office anywhere, we gladly make the half-hour drive. We like that both Dr. Kragt and Dr. Webb make it a priority to use the most current dental technologies and their dental hygienists are unmatched.

We aren't exaggerating when we say our children ask, "When do we get to go to the dentist?" Gidget (our dental hygienist) is extremely skilled and it is obvious that she is very knowledgeable and loves her job. In addition, she is amazing with young children. Friends have asked if we use a pediatric dentist for our children. There is no need to do so, since Great Lakes always provides a welcoming experience for our kids. We love going to our dentist!

In the six years that I have been a patient at Great Lakes Dental Care, I have had been through several procedures to treat my TMJ condition and also some tooth infections. The team here is the most kind and understanding group of people I've ever met and always greet me with a smile and many hellos every time I visit. Dr. Kragt is extremely knowledgeable and caring and is definitely the best dentist I have ever had. He takes time each visit to talk me through my current situation and answers all my questions in a way that shows he really cares. I would like to express how pleased I am with how well everyone treats my young children. My oldest LOVES visiting the dentist office, even though he always needs some type of additional work beyond his regular cleanings. This is due to how the technician and Dr. Kragt communicate with him. He has no fear or concern with having to return for additional work since he knows exactly what to expect and that he can trust his dental health to their care. My youngest son just had his first cleaning and was quickly put at ease by Amy. She patiently answered all (five thousand) questions he asked her.
